Our Journey
2005 - Our Beginning
LiveWell Medical Clinics was founded with a single location in Hamtramck, Michigan. Our founder recognized the need for culturally sensitive healthcare services in this diverse community where many residents faced language barriers when seeking medical care.
2010 - Expansion of Services
As our patient base grew, we expanded our medical services to include comprehensive chronic disease management, women's primary care, and specialized services for the geriatric population. We also introduced multilingual staff to better serve our diverse patients.
2015 - Growing Our Reach
To meet increasing demand, we opened additional locations in Warren, Detroit, and Highland Park. Each clinic was strategically placed to provide accessible healthcare to underserved communities while maintaining our commitment to personalized care.

Today, LiveWell Medical Clinics operates six locations across Michigan, with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals fluent in English, Bengali, Arabic, and Spanish.
