What are your clinic hours?
Most of our clinics are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Warren Clinic, Detroit Clinic, and Highland Park location operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please see each location's specific hours on our Locations page.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome both scheduled appointments and walk-in patients at all our locations. For the shortest wait time, we recommend scheduling an appointment, especially for new patients or comprehensive visits.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HAP, Priority Health, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. Please call your preferred location to verify we accept your specific insurance plan.
Do you offer multilingual services?
Yes, our staff are fluent in English, Arabic, Bengali, and Spanish. Please let us know your language preference when scheduling your appointment so we can ensure the appropriate staff are available to assist you.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring your photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, medical history information, and any recent lab results or medical records. Arriving 15 minutes early will help us process your paperwork efficiently.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth services for appropriate types of visits. Please call our office to determine if your medical concern can be addressed through a virtual visit and to schedule a telehealth appointment.
