You can pass! Just bring a CPAP compliance report from your machine showing at least 30-90 days of recent data. This proves you are using your machine correctly and are not a risk for falling asleep while driving.
Yes. Bring your recent Hemoglobin A1C lab results and blood sugar logs. If you use insulin, you MUST bring the completed MCSA-5870 form from your treating doctor. This is a federal requirement.
You will need a clearance letter from your cardiologist stating you are safe to operate a commercial vehicle. Also, bring results of recent tests (like a stress test) from the last 1-2 years.
